About the Products

Are all products handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handmade by me with care, patience, and close attention to detail.

What materials do you use?
I work with craft wicker and paper vine made by hand from kraft paper.
I do not use factory-made rattan. Each strand is prepared manually to achieve flexibility, balance, and a calm finished look.

Can I order something based on a photo or personal idea?
Yes. Custom requests are welcome. You may send a reference image, a photograph, a screenshot, or your own idea so we can discuss what is possible.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Major debit and credit cards are accepted through secure checkout.

Can I pay by bank transfer?
For buyers in Türkiye, bank transfer can be arranged separately if needed. Please contact me before placing the order.

How do custom orders work?
Once a custom order is confirmed in writing, full payment is required before production begins.
If full payment is not received within 24 hours after written confirmation, the custom order request is canceled.
Production begins only after full payment has been received.
Once the piece is completed, it is handed over to the shipping carrier within 2 business days, unless a different timeframe has been confirmed in writing in advance.

Shipping

Do you ship within Türkiye?
Yes. Shipping within Türkiye is free, and VAT is already included in the price.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is currently on pause while the logistics setup is being updated in line with new shipping requirements.

Are customs duties or import taxes included?
International shipping is currently on pause. Once it becomes available again, applicable duties and import taxes will be included at checkout on a DDP basis, unless stated otherwise.

Lead Time & Availability

Are all items in stock?
Some items may be ready to ship, but many pieces are made to order or prepared individually.
Production time is confirmed in writing before purchase.

Can I request faster production?
No. I do not offer rush production. Each piece is made with care, and that takes time.

Care Instructions

Can I clean the product with water?
Yes, gently. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth for regular cleaning.
For deeper cleaning, use a non-abrasive sponge and mild soap.

Can the product be used outdoors?
Only with additional protection. If you plan to use it outdoors for a longer period, please contact me in advance.
