If you have a specific idea in mind, I welcome custom order requests with care and attention.

A custom order may be based on an existing piece from the store, a variation of one of my designs, or an idea you would like to discuss separately. You are welcome to send photographs, reference images, screenshots, or inspiration you have found elsewhere — for example on Pinterest — so that we can discuss the model, proportions, details, and overall direction together.

Each request is reviewed individually. Not every idea can be accepted exactly as submitted, but I will let you know what is possible, what can be adapted, and what would need to be changed.

You may use this form if you would like to discuss:

• a different size
• a different color direction
• changes to certain details
• a variation of an existing piece
• a custom piece inspired by a reference image or photograph
• an idea for a particular room, function, or purpose

Please describe your request as clearly as possible and attach any helpful reference images or notes.

The final price for the custom order is confirmed in writing before payment is requested.

Full payment is required before production begins. If full payment is not received within 24 hours after written confirmation, the custom order request is canceled.

Production starts only after full payment has been received. Once the piece is completed, it is handed over to the shipping carrier within 2 business days, unless a different timeframe has been confirmed in writing in advance.

Because each custom order is made specifically for the customer, any changes or cancellations after payment are handled only in accordance with our custom order terms and any applicable mandatory consumer rights.
