About the Products

➤ Are all products handmade?
Yes. Every piece is crafted by hand — by me — using traditional techniques and a modern eye for design.

➤ Do you use natural materials?
I work with natural craft materials, including paper vine made by hand from craft paper.
I don’t use factory-made rattan. Each strand is manually prepared to ensure quality, flexibility, and aesthetic balance.

➤ Can I order something based on a photo or personal idea?
Absolutely. Custom projects are always welcome — just share your inspiration, and we’ll bring it to life together.

Orders & Payment

➤ What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and more).
Payments are processed securely via PayTR.

➤ Do you offer installments?
Yes, if your Turkish bank supports it — PayTR allows installment payments with eligible cards.

➤ Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. For Buyers in Türkiye, bank transfer is available — just contact me for the details.

Shipping

➤ Do you ship internationally?
Yes — I ship worldwide.

➤ How is shipping calculated?
Domestic shipping within Türkiye is free.
For international orders, shipping is based on your location and package size.
You’ll receive a full quote before confirming your preorder.

➤ Are customs or import fees included?
No — any taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the Buyer.
This applies only to international shipments.
For domestic orders within Türkiye, no additional taxes apply.

Lead Time & Availability

➤ Are all items in stock?
Some items are ready to ship, but most are made to order.
Production time is typically 7–10 business days, unless noted otherwise.

➤ Can I request faster production?
No. I don’t offer urgent production.
Each piece is made with care — and that takes time. It's worth the wait.

Care Instructions

➤ Can I clean the product with water?
Yes — gently. The product is water-resistant.
Use a soft, damp cloth for regular cleaning.
For deeper cleaning, a non-abrasive sponge and mild natural soap will do the job.

➤ Can the product be used outdoors?
Yes — but only with extra protection.
If you plan to use the product outdoors long-term, please let me know.
I’ll apply additional protective layers to extend its durability.
